Zookinesis is an ancient Chinese system of mild exercise designed to bring youghful vitality back to the body, restoring muscle tone and strength, joint strength and flexibility as well as improved breathing and concentration. Zookinesis is related to Tai-chi, Chi-gung and Chinese Yoga. They are called, Age Reversal Exercises.
