We hold two different Tai Chi classes on a Tuesday every week.These classes cover all aspects of Tai Chi including joint mobility exercises(Great for joint pains and back ache), Chi Kung (Qigong), health, forms, push hands and meditation
The beginners class is at 7:00pm to 8:00pm. This is suitable for anyone with no or little Tai Chi experience.
